Hand-thrown and thoughtfully proportioned, the form is compact and grounded, with a gently rounded body and a snug-fitting lid topped by a small, tactile knob. The lid sits confidently, suggesting careful craftsmanship and an attention to balance and usability.

The surface is rich with layered glaze effects. Vertical fluting around the body creates rhythm and movement, catching pools of blue-gray, rust, and earthen brown that settle into the grooves like rain on stone. The glaze breaks beautifully over the texture, revealing warm clay tones beneath and giving the piece a weathered, almost archaeological feel.
